Commission orders

Most of the instruments I build are on commissions. Here’s how you can order your own:

• Check the Building List – Scroll to the bottom of this page to see the first free slot in the Building List.

• Choose Your Instrument – Choose your model and available options, then add it to the cart.

• Complete Checkout – Place your order like a normal e-commerce. No payment is required now—an automatic summary email will follow.

• Confirm and Pay Deposit – As soon as possible I’ll personally email you to confirm the timeline and request a €150 deposit via bank transfer.

• Your Spot is Reserved – Once the deposit is paid, you’re officially on the Building List.

• Build Begins – I’ll let you know when I start building your instrument.

• Final Payment and Shipping – When it’s ready, I’ll send you photos, request the final payment, and prepare for shipment.

• Delivery and Follow-Up – Once delivered, I’ll check in to hear your thoughts and make sure everything’s perfect.

Please remember that for deliveries outside of the EU you may have to pay additional customs duties, taxes and charges. Unfortunately these taxes are out of my control and can vary from 0% to about 25% of the total depending on the circumstances.

In-stock instruments

Occasionally, I have a few instruments available in stock. In that case, the process is even simpler:

• Browse the In Stock page – If you find an instrument you’re interested in, simply add it to your cart.
• No Building List required – These instruments are ready, so there’s no wait time or need to join the Building List.
• Complete checkout – Place your order through the website. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.
• Payment request – I’ll follow up manually with the payment instructions as soon as possible.
• Shipping – Once payment is received, the instrument will be packed and shipped promptly.
